This sturdy magnifier has a magnification of 2x over most of the acrylic and then a small 5x magnification circle on the side of the magnifier. The LED light is a great help for particularly small details that need to be viewed and is great for viewing stamps and coins. The slim handle is easy to hold and the 110mm acrylic viewing area great for viewing through and as the magnifier comes complete with a hard case and cleaning cloth.
The light is powered by 2 standard AA batteries (not supplied) and is switched on and off by a small switch on the side.
